Check your Promotions / Spam folder and search your inbox for “Don Marketer”. The download link is also on the thank-you page you land on after payment — it stays valid for 7 days. If it is nowhere to be found, message us and include the email you paid with.
Usually the bank declined it or a card detail was mistyped. Try again, or use another card. You will not be charged twice — an incomplete payment is released within a few days. If your bank took the money and no guide arrived, message us.
